Paul Braconnier is a chartered accountant with a broad background in business, of which more than 25 years has been spent in the service industry. He spent 10 years with one of the large 4 international accounting firms, developing a broad base of industry knowledge, and specialized in reviewing and assessing client's computer environments. Thereafter he spent five years in the manufacturing industry where he gained controllership and general management experience as a member of the senior management team. In 1995 he moved to the software / service industry as Vice President Finance and Administration leading the finance, administration, operations and quality teams in an ISO 9001 certified firm. He then joined a publicly traded software development and multimedia service company as Vice President Finance. During his tenure, he was responsible for the financial negotiations related to several acquisitions and divestitures of technology based products. Mr. Braconnier joined the Global IQ team full-time as President and CEO in November 2000, after working in a consulting capacity with the company since its inception before this.

Robin Goldston,

Robin Goldston has a strong background in Finance and Company Development, having previously been a senior financial analyst, an independent consultant to small businesses, and a Vice-President at the bond-rating agency, Moody's. He started working in the pharmaceutical industry in 1996, first as Vice-President, Strategic Affairs for an international clinical research organization. He then joined a site management organization as Chief Operating Officer, before joining Global IQ as Vice-President Operations for North America before moving to his present position. His wide background in many aspects of the industry means he is ideally placed to work with clients to identify their needs and determine if and how Global IQ can provide an appropriate solution.
